HP DeskJet 3750 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have a HP DeskJet 3750.

If I use it connected to a traditional WiFi5 connection I have no issue, but if I try to use it connected to a WiFi6 router (Honor Router 3) the printer will connect to the WiFi but with no internet access.

How can I solve it?

Does HP need to release a new firmware to improve the WiFi6 compatibility?

Hi @Maxximo88
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing internet access issues with your HP DeskJet 3750 All-In-One Printer when connected to Wi-Fi 6.

Please note that this printer only supports connections using 2.4GHz. Hence it will not work with Wi-Fi 6.

I hope this answers your question.
Take care and have a good day.
