I'm trying to print to my DeskJet 4155e from my Mac. OS is MacOS 13.1. I'm connected to a wireless router. I've downloaded the HP Smart app from the app store. The printer shows up on the Smart app display. It displays the print status as Ready. It displays the supply levels. I've added the printer to the OS via the Printers & Scanners window. It shows up as idle. Documents will not print. The print dialog shows the OS trying to connect and comes back with the message "Printing - The printer is not responding." I've run the Diagnose and Fix option from the Smart app menu. It connects to the printer and runs the diagnostics successfully with the message "Diagnosis complete and no issues were found." When I press the Test Print button the printer dialog displays the message "Printing - the printer is not responding."
