Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I am trying to connect the printer to my home wireless. The wireless is properly working, as I'm using it with other devices.

When I press the Wireless and X buttons together for 3 seconds, the light becomes blue but it doesn't stop flashing. Then I press the i and X buttons together but the printer doesn't start printing the configuration page. Hence, I infer that the connection to the internet isn't working.

Please, any idea?

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
