Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up my new HP DeskJet 2700e printer on HP Smart! Unfortunately, it keeps telling me that there is a compatibility problem between the printer and my wifi network. It says: This selected network is WPA-Enterprise, has WPA3 enabled, or has a compatibility problem between the printer and the network. The printer doesn't support connecting to this network for setup.

 

I am wondering what to do in this situation? I'm not in control of my wifi network...

I understand that you are getting connectivity issues with your notebook, I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to connect the printer using the HP Smart app
