Product: microsoft windows

We bought a Deskjet 2755 printer and can not get it to connect to the wireless network. There is a blinking blue light beside the wireless icon on the printer. I have tried to reset it by holding the X button and wireless button on the printer for 3 seconds but it continues to not connect to the network. Is there anything else that I can try?
