Hello,

 

I have bought a second hand HP Deskjet 3050 all-in-one Printer J610a  and cannot get it to connect to my wifi. I have tried multiple times to connect through WPS and its just not working. I have also tried to connect directly to my Mac using the USB cable. It says it has connected and will allow me to select to print but then the document just disappears from the print queue and nothing happens. Anyone able to help me with this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the network settings:

 

1. Press the Wireless button to display the Wireless Menu. 2. From the Wireless Menu, select Settings. 3. From the Settings menu, select Restore Defaults. 4. Confirm selection to restore defaults

 

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
