HP Deskjet 3520 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my HP Printer Deskjet 3520.

We have recently changed our WiFi connection,  moving  to Sky WiFi and we have trouble trying to connect it via WPS. All the other devices are connected, while on the printer's screen it says there's an advancement problem. Does anyone know a possible solution? The printer is too important for us and we would like to know if we must order another model.

Thanks in advance.

P.S: We have already done a split for the connections (2,4/5 GHz)

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting WiFi connectivity issues, and I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings.

1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Settings menu.

2. Select Restore to Default.

3. Confirm selection to restore defaults.

This printer only supports connections using 2.4GHz.

Refer to the steps mentioned on page number 33 in this user guide to connecting the printer to WiFI:- Click here

Keep me posted.

If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
