Hello, I have an HP Deskjet 3700 that is powered on and connected directly to my computer with USB cable. The HP Smart App cannot locate the printer and continually lists it as "offline." I've powered everything (including modem) on/off, tried wireless, and nothing works. Anyone know how to actually use this printer?
