Hi @Mikethespike1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Deskjet 3760 is showing as "Ready" and "Connected," but your devices can't detect it, here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure the printer is still connected to the same WiFi network as your devices. You can print a network configuration page from the printer to verify the WiFi status.

Restart the Router:

  • Sometimes, network issues can be resolved by restarting your router. Unplug it, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates using the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

Reinstall Printer on Devices:

  • On each laptop and mobile device, remove the printer from the list of available printers and then try adding it again.
  • For Windows 11: Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners, select the printer, and click on Remove Device. Then click Add a printer or scanner and see if it appears.

HP Smart App:

  • If you haven’t already, try using the HP Smart app to set up the printer on your devices. Sometimes it helps re-establish the connection.
  • Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store or the App Store, and follow the prompts to add the printer.

Firewall/Antivirus Settings:

  • Ensure that your firewall or antivirus software isn't blocking the printer. You may need to temporarily disable them to see if that resolves the issue.

Network Reset:

  • If all else fails, consider resetting the network settings on your printer. Check the printer's manual for specific instructions on how to perform a network reset.

Try a Different Device:

  • If possible, try connecting a different device to see if it can detect the printer. This can help identify if the issue lies with the printer or the original devices.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
