Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I've recently had AT & T install a new modem for faster internet. My phone connects fine and is showing a 6 next to the Wifi symbol. I'm assuming this means that the modem is a 6Ghz modem (not sure, though). Just noticed that my HP Deskjet Plus 4152 printer is not and will not connect up to the Wifi. It was working with no issues before installation of the new modem. I've gone through the plethora of standard fixes recommended by HP, such as resets, and installation and running of the Troubleshooting Doctor. Anyone aware of any fixes? Is this model printer only compatible with older style modems?
