Hello,
I'm having an issue, it was not having any issues since I bought and setup the printer, however I went to use it 3 days ago and the App would not detect the printer from my Chromebook, on my HP computer it stated the printer was offline and would not allow me to connect or correct any issues it may have had, it was a dead fish...
I have tried all the recent feed back and suggestions that have been offered in similar posts with no luck.
I removed the App, printer, drivers, reset the network on the printer, hard reset the printer and I continue to receive and error that it had an unexpected error and will not allow me to re-add the printer or connect to the Wi-Fi... Any ideas would be helpful as I can't use the printer now.....

CenturyLink Internet- TP Link mesh network,2.4/5GH- (Was installed with no issues with this setup)
