I have a HP 4500 All-in-One printer that is not working or unable to locate printer connection after I updated my Xfinity Internet modem with very fast Internet. What can I do to make my computer locate the printer? When I attempt to print something, I do highlight the name of this printer so I don't know why it isn't located or there is no printer connection.

I figured out what th issue is, but I don't know how to fix it. When I updatrd the Internet Xfinity modem, I entered a new network username because I couldn't remember the automatic generator one Comcast used last time. How would I get he comouter to recognize the new network name so it could locate the printer that connected to the old network username?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help.
We are not aware about the Computer. However, please restore the network settings on the printer and connect it to the new Wi-Fi: 1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu. 2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu. 3. Select Restore Defaults. 4. Confirm selection to restore defaults.
Let me know if this helps.
