I have recently gone over to satellite internet but cannot connect my printer HP ENVY 4500 e all in one printer. I have disabled 5gHZ so just 2.4 is on. Have put printer back to factory settings, unplugged, re-set router etc but to no avail. MAC address filtering is not enabled and all my other devices are working fine. Printer detects the network and then I put in Network password but get a message " cannot connect to network......." Any help much appreciated. Thank you.
