Product: HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer

I have gone through the connect to wi-fi more times than I care to say.  I get to the enter WEP PASSPHRASE of my listed network and enter my wi-fi key and every time it says it is wrong.  HELP!  HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer

 

Where is a chat option or even a phone number to get support?

 

Solved.  I simply created a new network and now I have a great wi-fi connection.
