macOS 10.15 Catalina

I was away for a month so I have not used it for a bit. When I tried to turn on the printer, the download was displayed but even if the bar is fully loaded, the screen does not transitioned to something else. I am not sure what is wrong.

Things I have tried...

  1. I have tried to unplugged it and waited a few minutes and plugging it back in. Still does not work. I let it plugged in for a whole night thinking it needed to download some something
  2. Plugging the printer directly into an outlet. It was before plugged in an extension.
  3. Tried powering the printer but it won't turn off... Tried holding down on the power button but nothing happens.

EDIT: I tried fixing the photo I uploaded.
