The cable company came out and upgraded my router and modem and I have a new SSID and password. I have an HP ENVY 5055 printer. My PC is working. On my PC, sometimes I can see my printer in the available list of networks and sometimes it doesn't display at all. When it does, I try to connect to it but am not successful. When I print the Wireless Network Test Results from my printer, under the heading Wireless, it shows for both Wireless On and Wireless Working, DISABLED.
