Product: HP ENVY 5535 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have been using this printer with both Ethernet (wired) interface and mostly recently using wifi. Today it just all of a sudden will not accept a print job. I also have access to my wife's Deskjet 3632 via wifi, and can still access it, so I know my PC and network are not the fault. I can't even get the "wifi indicator lite" to come on.
Never mind. I unplugged the printer to look for the serial number. When I plugged it back in, it started printing the document that was in the que!! Thanks Guys, you got it fixed without me even getting my request printed.
