Product: HP ENVY 5545 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I lost my EWS password and cannot login. I've tried already this solution: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Wireless-Networking-Internet/EWS-Password-Reset/m-p/8097465
This is not working, since an empty password is not accepted. There must be something else.
I also tried a semi-full reset, which was not working, since I still could not login to EWS. I want to disable Wifi Direct and there must be a solution for this.
Thanks.
