My HP Envy 5640 has been working with no issues on my home wireless network for a number of years. A couple of days ago I attempted to print from my laptop and couldn't as the printer was shown to be disconnected. When I checked the printer I saw the blue light flashing and the wireless menu indicated that it was no longer connected to any network.
I tried to find my home network again via the wireless network wizard. However, it did not appear in the list of available networks (there were others shown from my neighbours etc.).
I reset the wireless network setting and tried again with no success.
I unplugged my printer for over 60 seconds and reset my router and tried again with no success.
I tried to enter home network name manually to connect with no success.
Any help to resolve the issue would be much appreciated.

Hi @BenK466W4,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
Update the drivers: Click here
Resetting the printer network settings may resolve the issue. Here is how to do it:
1.) Unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off.
2.) Restart your printer, from the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Setup). Touch "Network Setup", touch "Restore Network Settings" and touch Yes.
3.) Power off your printer
4.) Reconnect your modem/router and wait for it to re-establish its internet connection.
5.) Power on your printer.
6.) On the printer control panel, touch .
7.) Touch the Settings icon . Touch Wireless Setup Wizard and then follow the instructions to connect the printer to your home WiFi.
Let me know how it goes!
