HP Recommended

HP ENVY 6000: have a new wifi router and it's IMPOSSIBLE to reset this printer. All of the forums say to match the printer to the internet (which is the problem, I cannot). 

 

I've reset this multiple times, held the wifi X3 seconds, waited for the "purple light." Considering throwing this thing out. Please help.

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
