Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there - trying to get my printer to get connected to a new Wifi signal in a new place, but any time I try to connect it to the laptop, the laptop either doesnt sense that the printer is there or it simply states that the printer is offline and can do nothing. 

Can anyone please help? I've tried the usual, switch off and on again technique.
