Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My HP ENVY 6500 often goes offline and I cannot print from my MacBook Pro with OS Sonoma 14.3. Of course, I turn the printer off for ten minutes, then turn it on and re-start my Mac. Message that the printer continues to be off-line. Hope someone can help/guide me.
