HP ENVY 4520 only prints top half of page? Serial number is rejected.?

I understand your HP ENVY 4520 only prints the top half of the page and your serial number is being rejected,

For the Printing Issue:

Check Print Settings:

  • Ensure that the print settings are configured correctly in your printer software. Look for options like "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit" that might affect the print area.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve printing issues.

Clean the Printheads:

  • Perform a printhead cleaning cycle from the printer’s maintenance menu. Sometimes, clogged nozzles can cause incomplete prints.

Check Ink Levels:

  • Ensure that all ink cartridges have sufficient ink and are properly installed.

Perform a Printer Reset:

  • Try resetting the printer to its factory settings. This can sometimes resolve issues with print quality.
