Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there my printer will connect on wifi direct to my phone and my computer, it will also connect if I set my wifi to open but when I turn security on both the WPS and wifi password do not connect. Hopefully you can help me as we share this printer with 5 of us.
