HP Envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had the HP Envy 4500 for a number of years.  It's always worked fine.  All of a sudden a few days ago it stopped connecting to the home wireless networi.  The blue wireless indicator is flashing.  I've tried re-connecting but it says it can't connect to the network.  All other wireless devices in the house connect to the network without issue.  We haven't moved addresses or moved the printer anywhere.  It just... stopped.  Since it won't connect to the networek I can't even use the HP Smart app to diagnose it.  Can anyone assist?

Welcome to the HP support communtiy.

I understand that you are getting printer connectivity issues, I am glad to assists you.

This printer only supports connections using 2.4GHz bandwidth, make sure the router is set to 2.4GHz.

Restore the network settings on the printer and reconnect it to fix the issue.

Follow these steps to restore network settings to default settings.

1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu.

2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu.

3. Select Restore Defaults.

4. Confirm selection to restore defaults.

Connect the printer again using the wireless setup wizard

1. Press the Wireless button from the printer control panel, and then select Settings.

2. Scroll to select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the wireless connection.

Let me know how it goes.
