Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently had a new router installed and my HP Envy 4500 does not recognize the wifi password.  It recognizes the wifi network, but when I enter the password, it indicates that it is incorrect.  I have read prior threads of users experiencing a similar problem and followed the suggested solutions (restore defaults, turn IPv6 off, etc.) but still have not been able to connect.
