Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Envy 4500 ran well on old xfinity modem/wifi.  Now won't connect to a new modem/wifi. Other devices - phones, echo dots, etc. all ok on the new xfinity modem/wifi.  All info typed in on the printer screen is accurate/same as computers and phones. 

Have rebooted modem, printer and adjusted my personal medication several times.  

Any help?  🙂

Wi-Fi setup video. Method 1 is for Modem or Router connection
and Method 2 is for Wi-Fi Direct when you do not have access to the modem

Note that the 4500 only runs a 2.4ghz.  It will not connect at 5ghz.

You may need to log into the modem and change the SSID of the 2.4  (or the  5) band so the names are different from one another.  Do not configure for Wi-Fi direct unless you want to run all your PCs at 2.4ghz.
