Hello, I recently changed my Wi-Fi router as I had to change my ISP. Since then I am unable to connect HP Envy 4500 all-in-one printer to WPA2/WPA3 enabled Wi-Fi. I don't have a WPA option available on the router. I am not able to connect to the router either through the network password or WPS setup. I need your help fixing the error so that I can connect and use the printer wirelessly. I don't have the USB cable either, so I am stuck.

Hello, thanks for getting back to me. My issue is not about a general connectivity issue. I am facing a specific issue related to WPA2/WPA3 password standard specification in my wireless router from the new internet service provider I subscribed to. I want to know if the HP Envy 4500 can connect to a WPA2/WPA3-only enabled wireless router.

Hi @Aadav
Thank you for writing back.
Please let me know if you have already a connected windows/ MAC device to the the new router set up.
If it is a MAC,
You might be able to find the wireless network password from a computer that is connected to the wireless network. To view the network password on a Mac, open the Keychain Access application.
In the Finder menu, click Go, and then click Utilities.
Open the Keychain Access application.
In the Keychains list, click Local Items.
In the Category list, click Passwords.
Double-click the wireless network name, then select the Show password check box.
If prompted, type your administrator password, and then click OK.
If the issue persists, then you may continue with the following steps:
The above steps will make the printer join the network again and you should be able to print.
Keep me posted!

I followed all the listed steps, but my printer could not connect to the network after I entered the password. I am getting a connection error after some time. I suspect my printer does not support WPA2/WPA3 routers. That's what I want to know from you as an expert.
