Product: HP Envy 4500

Working HP Envy 4500 won't connect to new router. Wizard finds 2.4 Ghz network. Passphrase is correct. Have renamed network (2.4 and 5 Ghz networks had same SSID, although printer doesn't actually see 5 Ghz network.) Printer tries to connect, then fails with same suggestion each time to check MAC filtering. (MAC filtering set to "accept all", but as a precaution I added the printer MAC to the allowed list with no effect.) Any suggestions are appreciated.
