My HP Envy printer shows up in the HP Smart app, but my computer doesn't recognize it. It shows as offline, when I remove it sometimes the HP Smart app will prompt me to install the printer again, when I do I might be able to print. The last time I got one page out and then it went offline again. This last time I got it online it printed half a page and then in the printer queue it simply said 'Error'. I've reset the network settings on the printer multiple times, power cycled, turned the network on and off, restarted my computer, etc, I do not know what to do at this point. Is the printer just busted?
