Product: HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer

My printer will not connect to WiFi.

It can recognise my WiFi, but after I enter my password it hangs and won't connect.

I have unplugged my printer and restarted a million times.

I've reset the settings on the printer

I've restarted my router

I've tried the HP Smart App on both my phone and laptop

Nothing is working

Appreciate any tips you might have
