I had issues creating my account, and now I can't print from a different mobile device in my home to my stupid HP Envy 5012 printer. I literally have my laptop connected to it, and that is it. And, have my internet paused for both my printer and laptop due to keeping hackers out... I don't even know if there is a way to change the wifi direct password, which is 12345678?!?!? But the message I received on my device made no sense whatsoever...However, this is what it said... This network is opperating on Wi-Fi channels in use by several other nearby networks. Restarting your wireless router may allow it to automatically choose the best channel to use, and may resolve this problem... please help!
