Envy 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my Envy 5530 printer connected to my home Fios wireless system for years.  Recently, the printer has disconnected from my internet network.  I have used the wizard to connect to my system, but the printer does not find my network.  I have turned off and turned on my printer, and I have turned on and off my router to see if that would allow for them to reconnect.  Nothing has worked.  I am using an Acer laptop with Windows 10.  Please help!

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

Please restore the Network settings on the printer  back to default and then run the wireless setup wizard again

If the issue persists we will attempt a Semi Full Reset

Keep me posted

Thank you
