Product: HP ENVY 5535 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Windows 11 automatically downloaded which I didn't ask for and didn't like it so I switched back to Windows 10. When all this took place I can't get my printer to work. I called Geek Squad and two techs worked on the issue which they couldn't fix. Does anyone out there know how to fix this issue?????
