Product: HP Envy 5660
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My old router recently died so I installed a new Hitron router, same as old one. I have been unable to connect my printer. I shut the router off and reconnected - my printer screen shows that the IP Address is not connected. On the Hitron all lights are solid except for the Ethernet and the 5G. What can I do other than waiting on the phone for two hours for someone to assist me? I'm not real savvy on the tech stuff. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings:

 

Go to Network Setup>

  • Restore Network Defaults

Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi.
