Hello. I have an HP Envy 5660 printer. Recently, we moved the printer to a rental home. I'm having trouble adding it to the house's wifi network. My computer, iPhone and iPad have connected to the wifi without a problem. Any thoughts?

Please, perform the Wi-Fi restore procedure below:

Thank you, Fabio, for the suggestion. I executed the restore procedure and tried again to reconnect to the wifi network. The printer indicates it's connected, given the blue light display. But when I try to print from my computer, the printer cannot be found. We moved to this rental recently; the computer and most of our other devices found the network and connected easily. I'm mystified by the printer's difficulty.

Thanks for that direction. The English/United States version of that page is not working this afternoon. I'll have another go at it later on. One question: should I be loading the driver/software before or after trying to connect the printer to my wifi?

HP Recommended

Ok ! No Problems

Loading before to connecting, please.

Thanks

Hello again, Fabio. Okay--the HP support pages suggests there's a driver and firmware for my printer. But how do I load them? The Easy Start program cannot find my printer, whether I have put it no the household wifi or not. Do I need to connect a USB cable between the printer and my computer to load the driver and firmware? All very frustrating.

Hello,

I understand, we will try all possibilities so that we can resolve it.

You can try with the cable, maybe we can do it.
