HP Recommended

I printed from my envy 6000 a couple times and now it just doesn't work. I tried reconnecting it to WIFI, nothing. I tried factory reset, my printer didn't reset. The hp smart app is just telling me to turn the printer on. All I need to do is print one thing. Please help, I bought it about two months ago and am really wishing I had gotten that dumb warranty. I expected it to last longer than two months though.
