Product: HP Envy 6000 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer sometimes connects to the network and sometimes doesn't.  I use HP Print and Scan doctor to fix it, but I am so frustrated that HP can't get a simple thing like this to work properly.  I have submitted reports but have not had any response, so I'm going to bin the thing and get a different brand.

This is possibly the worst printer I have ever owned.  It sometimes loses connection to the internet, I then have to jump through hoops and print out for the umpteenth time the "quick start guide".  I follow the steps and get it reconnected.  Why is this such a hassle everytime.
