I have an HP Envy 6020e. I am trying to print photos and every few photos it hangs and the wifi light flashes, as if it has lost connection. As far as I'm aware there are no issues with my wifi at all but just in case, I have rebooted my router. I have also rebooted the wifi on the printer. The only thing I haven't done yet is restore to factory settings. It's driving me crazy as it is printing a quarter, half, or three quarters of a photo and then stops and says there is a printer error (with no code). I am wasting a lot of photo paper with half printed photos. Sometimes , after stopping, it will then go on to print the whole photo again but most of the time it just ejects it. Any ideas what the issue is?
