Hi @TWilkes,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer's connectivity!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

For Printers with Buttons Only:

  1. Place the printer near the Wi-Fi router to ensure better signal strength.
  2. Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your printer:
    • Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons on the back of the printer for about 3 seconds until the light starts flashing.
  3. Use Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS):
    • Within 2 minutes, press and hold the WPS button on your router until the connection process begins.
  4. Wait for the wireless light on the printer to stop flashing, indicating the printer is connected to the network.

Alternatively, If Your Printer Has a Touchscreen:

  1. Access the Wireless Setup Wizard via the touchscreen:
    • Place the printer near your network router.
    • Ensure paper is loaded into the input tray and turn the printer on.
    • From the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network setup or Settings, and then choose Restore Network Settings.
    • Go to Wireless Setup Wizard and select your network from the list, then enter your network password.

I hope this helps.
