My printer is an Envy 6402.  I have a new router from BT and WiFi will not connect to the printer.  I can use the USB cable, but without it I get 'printer offline'.   I have tried reset on both printer and router, tried the WPS buttons on both, and tried the 'diagnose and fix' on HP Smart, but it mkes no difference.   (The new router is working with all other attachments - mobile phones, tablet and laptop.)
