I have changed my home network and am trying to reconnect the printer.  From what I can understand I use the HP Smart App and add a new printer... 

I get part way through the process (tried both laptop and mobile) but it just times out after I have pressed the "i" button  and wait 

 

Press and release the flashing "information" button on your printer. After releasing please wait.  

 

This then times out - the printer is still responsive as I can press teh X button on the printer and it cancels the process...

 

Any guidance would be he;lpful

Ok ... so after getting frustrated and just pressing all the buttons, it seemed I just needed to press the i button again even though there was no new prompt to do so  and it worked... simples
