I have the HP ENVY 6455e. It is constantly Offline when I need to use it. I've tried unplugging it. Sometimes that works. I've tried holding the wireless button at least 3 seconds. That has never worked. I've tried all the various increasingly convoluted, time-consuming suggestions online. Sometimes they work. Sometimes they do not. There is no pattern. I HATE THIS PRINTER!!!! I should be able to click "Print" and it should print every time. It is rare that I do not get an offline message. I'm then left to crawling around, reaching for plugs, looking for tiny buttons, searching for solutions online. I cannot tell you the amount of time I have wasted with this F#(&ing paperweight (AKA printer). I WANT A SOLUTION TO KEEPING MY PRINTER ONLINE SO THAT WHEN I NEED TO PRINT SOMETHING I CAN DO SO!!!!!!!!! Is that too much to ask of a printer - that it f#(&ing print????? I would burn it, but it is supplied by my company for my remote office.

Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. You've done a remarkable job performing the steps.
Let's perform a Semi Full Reset and see if that helps.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
