my printer lost connection to my wifi and now I am unable to get it back online. Nothing I do works, tried doing all the options with pushing the buttons on the back of the printer but it had no effect. My printer light bar just keeps blinking a teal color. The wifi blue light never comes on. Only had this printer for about 2 months and it just stopped. The app is unhelpful because it can't connect to wifi.
I saw in another forum that these printers can't connect to wifi networks that have both 2.4g and 5g running on the same SSID. But it worked just fine to setup and ran for a few months on it.
