Hi @JJS333,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with out-of-paper errors.

Let's try these troubleshooting steps and see if that helps

Remove all the papers from your printer and perform a Printer Reset

- Disconnect the power cord from the printer's rear and the wall outlet or power strip with the printer turned on.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends directly connecting the printer power cord to a wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
- Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Next, clean the paper rollers and update the printer firmware. You can refer to Step 3 in this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05556825 for help in cleaning the rollers

Put back the papers adjust them with the paper guides and try printing

Keep me posted on how it goes
