I Purchased this printer and set it up very easily. I do not have Internet service at all. I was able to copy documents and using Wi-Fi direct I was able to print documents from my iPad. All of a sudden the printer head got stuck on the left side and I gently moved it back to its resting position with no problems. It printed for a while that day correctly and then all of a sudden it displays this message to me: the printer cannot print until it is connected to the Internet reconnect your printer to the Internet with either a Wi-Fi or ethernet connection to enable printing. I have no Internet connection other than sharing from my iPhone and I have no ethernet connection. I am unable to copy or print. As stated above I do not have Internet.

@Fpparker
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
