I cannot connect my HP Envy Photo 6230 printer to the wifi network. I am a student so trying to connect to the university's network that you have to use specifically for devices that you can't just connect to the public network (I have contacted IT but no solution as of yet). When I click on the network, it says no encryption so it won't let me put a password in but I have a password generated that I need to put in. I can't find any setting on the printer to help resolve this issue. In another forum someone said they used the following to get theirs to work: Wireless (802.11) > Advanced > Network Settings > (select) WPA-PSK Authentication > WPA Version & Encruption = Automatic > Passphrase. But I can't find anywhere on my printer where I can put in this authentication?
Any help is appreciated - thank you!

Hi @amelia_221,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are trying to connect the printer to university wi-fi
The printer cannot connect to Guest or public networks (such as networks found in apartments, coffee shops, schools, or hotels) have additional security features that can prevent connectivity.
To print, directly connect your computer or mobile device to your printer with Wi-Fi Direct.
For more information, go to Wi-Fi Direct Printer Setup.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
