HP Envy Photo 7155 pairing to laptop lost when WiFi router replaced hotspot connection. I've tried the support doctor without success. Printing was fine when setup on hotspot and stopped when new wireless router was added. Both laptop and printer are connected to the new router, but laptop showed printer status as offline. I deleted and reinstalled printer; now it indicates Direct-55-HP Envy Photo 7100 and driver unavailable. I've also turned on the printer preference to allow windows to manage default printer and update drivers. I think I've made it worse and totally out of my scope on how to fix.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Can try to reset the wireless and then use HP Smart app to setup and connect printer to the network again?

Download and install the HP FULL Software solution or HP Smart to setup:

Hope that helps!
