HP ENVY Photo 6220 All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

My Macbook, nor my phone, can find my PhotoEnvy printer that is 100% on the same Wifi network.

I have hard reset the printer, reset the network settings and reset my router.

The printer was previously on a different wifi network in the same house, I had NBN and now I have 5G home broadband.

Pls help!

Hi @plsfixmyprint,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Envy Photo Series 6200 printer is not showing up on your new network when using a MacBook, there are a few things you can try.

  • Check the printer's network settings: Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your MacBook. You can do this by printing a network configuration page from the printer's control panel or by accessing the printer's settings through its web interface.
  • Restart the printer and MacBook: Sometimes simply restarting both the printer and your MacBook can help refresh their network connections and fix any connectivity issues.
  • Update printer drivers: Make sure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your MacBook. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website.
  • Reset the printer's network settings: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the printer's network settings to their default values. You can do this by accessing the printer's settings through its web interface and selecting the "Reset Network Settings" option.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
