My printer is telling me it is not connected. I have followed every troubleshooting step I can find without success.
I have tried the whatsapp support and get the message.
Thank you for contacting HP's support. Unfortunately, you have reached us outside our opening hours. Please contact us again - from Monday to Friday between 08:30Hrs and 20:00Hrs, on Saturday and Sunday between 08:30Hrs and 17:00Hrs
It is very definitely 12:45 on Saturday, which is between 08:30 and 17:00 so I have no idea why the chatbot is telling me this.
I need to print something for work by 8am Monday morning.
Is anyone able to help or suggest a way to contact HP support staff who actually work the hours their chatbot says they do?

Thank you, I paid for the Smart Friend support service which was able to help. I can't say I'm entirely happy to have to pay when the printer is still in warranty but I do appreciate the suggestion.
